• Enrolment is confirmed once full payment has been received through our secure website checkout.

• By enrolling, you agree to comply with all terms in this policy and in the Refund Policy.

2. Course Access & Duration

• After enrolment, participants receive login credentials via email to access course materials or their secure member area at SuccessFutures.com.

• Access remains active for the duration stated in the course details.

• On completion of any How To Trade It™ Series course, recordings remain available for an additional two months within the member area unless otherwise stated.

3. Course Structure & Intellectual Property

• Each course or training follows the curriculum outlined on our website.

• All course materials, including lectures, recordings, and resources, are the intellectual property of Success Futures Ltd.

• Materials are provided solely for the enrolled participant’s personal educational use and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

4. Attendance & Participation

• Participants are expected to attend live sessions according to the published schedule.

• Our programmes are interactive and rely on active engagement. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, contribute to discussions, and complete exercises to maximise learning outcomes.

• Persistent non-attendance or disruptive behaviour may result in restricted access or removal without refund.

5. Pre-Course Materials

• Pre-course materials are designed to help you prepare for your training and build foundational understanding.

• These materials are available in your member area or provided by email prior to the course start date.

• Participants are encouraged to review all pre-course content before attending the live sessions.

6. Use of Pre-Course Materials

• All pre-course materials remain the property of Success Futures Ltd.

• They are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only.

• Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or termination of access.

7. Refunds

• Refund requests must follow the Refund Policy published on our website.

• Pre-course materials are non-refundable once they have been made available for download or access.
