Refunds will not be considered once you have attended or accessed any part of a live session or course material.

Our team will acknowledge your request and respond within 14 days of receiving your email.
3. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be issued for the amount paid minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.

No refunds are available for courses or training that have been partially or fully attended.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some components of your purchase may not be eligible for refund, including:

Downloadable or digital materials already provided

Access to recordings, templates, or proprietary content

Administrative or booking fees associated with your enrolment
5. Course Cancellations by Success Futures
In rare circumstances, Success Futures may need to cancel or postpone a programme (e.g. due to insufficient enrolment or instructor availability).
In such cases, all affected participants will be notified promptly and offered either:

The option to transfer to a future cohort at no extra charge.
6. Technical Issues
We understand that technical problems can occur.
If you experience difficulties accessing your course, please first contact support@successfutures.com for assistance.
Refunds related to technical issues will be considered case by case if we cannot resolve the problem promptly.

Success Futures Ltd. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website, and the new terms will apply to refund requests made after the revision date.
